История:
Моргана из мести убивает маму Мерлина. Убитый горем маг начинает чувствовать в себе некие темные стороны\силы. Понимая что Мерлин слаб как никогда, Моргана приходит к нему и пользуясь тем что он не знает кто именно убил его мать, убеждает Мерлина что это его вина. Он виноват потому что позволил убивать таких как он, он должен подчиниться своей новой силе и Мерлин не может устоять. Он покидает Камелот в месте с ней.

The dark and unrevealed side of Merlin’s power is about to take control on him, still he doesn’t know that it was Morgana who killed his mother. However, Morgana, knowing that Merlin is weaker than ever now, provokes him to meet her and persuades him that his mother died because of his own mistakes and because he did nothing while his kind was dying (Camelot is in the middle of another purge). Morgana tells him to accept this unknown power, that growing inside of him. Because Merlin can’t fight it any longer (his spirit is broken), he accepts it and it takes control on him. He leaves Camelot with Morgana.”
